I've spent over a decade inside complex organizations — global enterprises, public agencies, mission-driven teams — helping leaders define strategy, align around it, and build the structure to deliver it. Before founding my practice, I was a Senior Director of Organizational & Workforce Strategy at a management consulting firm, where I led engagements in operating model and organizational design, and transformation strategy; built and led high-performing teams; and was a trusted coach and mentor to consultants across the firm.

My career began in international economic development across Latin America and the Caribbean — work that taught me how to align people who see the world differently, and what it takes for a strategy to outlast the project that funded it.

I hold an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BSFS from Georgetown University, along with PMP and Prosci change management certifications. I'm originally from Puerto Rico, based in Washington, DC, and work in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
